We also have a self-serve variety of treats and a retail section like a small pet store

We are open Wednesday to Monday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.

We have a few simple rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  1. Stop for Potty: Ensure your dog has a potty break before entering.
  2. On-Leash Only: Keep dogs leashed at all times (no retractables; leashes available).
  3. Fully Vaccinated: Ensure your dog’s vaccinations or titer tests are up to date, including Bordetella, and have a valid dog license.
  4. Everyone’s Space: Respect other dogs’ spaces and keep yours close.
  5. Tidy Up: Clean up any accidents using our stations.
  6. Considerate Handling: Intact males under a year are allowed; keep them short-leashed. No dogs in heat, please.
  7. Handle with Care: Owners are responsible for their dogs’ actions. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave.

Additionally:

  • No outside beverages.
  • If your dog is shy, let us know so we can seat you in a quiet area.

Yes, you are welcome to bring multiple dogs. However, please ensure that all dogs are well-behaved and under your control at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Puppies are welcome at So Fetch, but they must be at least four months old and have completed their initial vaccinations. This ensures a safe environment for all our canine guests.

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used for any of our services, including the tap lounge, dog eatery, retail section, and events. Gift cards make a great gift for any dog lover!

We do not offer refunds for pre-paid event tickets. Reservations are only available for our VIP (Very Important Pups) members. If you are a member and need to change your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

If your dog has an accident, the owner is responsible for cleaning it up. Please ask our staff for a clean-up station kit to assist you. We provide these kits to help you manage the situation and maintain a clean environment. Our staff is also available to assist if needed.

No, not yet! We are working on it! For now we want to focus on the health & wellness. It takes months and a lot of finances to get a liquor license in BC. Keep your fingers crossed for next summer!
